The fall 2016 ARTD 4060 // Graphic Design Practicum class won a Silver ADDY Award in the student category at the 2017 Toledo Addys! Students Aly Krajewski, Kalia Johnson, and Victoria Nuss, led by faculty Amy Fidler, worked countless hours to finesse the brand of the 2017 ArtsX: Volanti: Seeking Unknown Heights. Their efforts set the stage for an unforgettably immersive experience using branding, wayfinding, posters and digital signage to promote and help attendees best celebrate the vibrant night. ArtsX is an annual event showcasing achievements of students, faculty, and alumni in all of the visual and performing arts at BGSU.

Graphic Design Alumni Chris Hatfield, also won a Judge’s Choice Addy award for his senior thesis project, Brick X Brick. This isn’t Brick X Brick’s first recognition! Read more.

The Sit & Tell project, led by faculty member Jenn Stucker, in conjunction with the AIGA Toledo Board, won a Silver Addy award. This award honors all of the amazing artists & designers, storytellers, venues, volunteers and sponsors from The Sit & Tell Project.
